cheat or cheat yourself is like smoking

when you cheat you or you are deceiving yourself is like smoking, you always say it's bad,and yet you do, you know that will have repercussions at the end and leave a bad smell youin the end and you realize yourself, and accidentally you injure the other... sooo "do not smoke"
